How can I track the status of my support tickets?

You have to log in to the PropMix Support portal to view the status of your existing tickets. Once you have logged in, you can check the status of all your tickets, provide additional information on open tickets, re-open a closed ticket, or raise a new ticket. 

If you don't have a user account for the portal, you can request one here. You will receive an email with instructions to set up your user account.
