  Homeowners can edit an appraisal order or add/modify photos before the Submit button is clicked, that is when the status is Pending. Once the appraisal order form is submitted, the homeowner will only get to view the details shared.

• What is required to create an appraisal order?

  The appraiser has to provide the following information along with their name and contact information to initiate an appraisal order: Subject Property Address Homeowner Information Lender Name (optional) Loan Reference Number (optional)

• What happens if the homeowner has not submitted the appraisal order form?

  The appraisal status will be shown as Pending. The appraiser will be able to view the latest data and photos entered by the homeowner.
