PropMix checks the public record database to fetch the property details. This helps the appraiser to validate the details already available with them from the loan application. The property attributes include the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms (half and full), lot size, living area, last sale date and last sale price.

• Can the homeowner edit an appraisal order after submission?

  Homeowners can edit an appraisal order or add/modify photos before the Submit button is clicked, that is when the status is Pending. Once the appraisal order form is submitted, the homeowner will only get to view the details shared.
